Lack of Stamina & Instant Gratification

- As technology grows… I can get results easily and quickly 
    - Want to eat? Button on your phone
    - Want to research? What used to take hours in the library is now minutes on AI
    - Want to lose weight? Ozempic
- Detrimental to spiritual life 
    - Humility? Takes months and years
    - Virtue? Years
    - Spiritual Growth takes long. So when I try and fail… 
        - I’m a failure
        - I cannot grow spiritually
        - Abouna doesn’t know what he’s talking about
        - ”I came to church and prayed, why am I not humble?”
    - I cannot press a button and acquire virtue. I cannot read a book and acquire a virtue.
    - The grace of God that gives virtue is meticulously calculated… if I acquired humility overnight, it would actually make me Proud!!!
    - There is no spiritual ozempic
